Cost and Sharing

• 6’ Vending space: Members $100; Non-members = $175. Tables not included.

  • Members ONLY early reservations are now available (prior to 9/30/26).

  • We welcome non-member vendors, as space is available. 

• The SFCAG has 6, 6' tables that may be loaned out on a first come, first served basis. 

  • A deposit of $20/table will be refunded when the table is returned in good condition to the SFCAG.  Notify Ava Kaye if you want to borrow a table.

  • If needed, the SFCAG may rent tables and 2 chairs from an outside vendor for you at a fee of $30.  Please let Ava know if you need this service. 

  • Table & chair rentals must be secured no later than 2 weeks before the Holiday Market (11/15/26).

Setup & Teardown

• Load in will be available between 9am and 10:30am on Sunday, 11/29. 

  • All tables must be fully set up by 11am when doors will open to the public, and must remain set up until 4:30pm at the earliest.

  • The Faight must be left in the same condition that we find it.

  • All trash and detritus must be cleared out of the facility before we leave at 6pm.

• Exact spaces will be assigned when we are closer to the event.

  • Any space requests should be submitted to the SFCAG at info@sfcag.org.  Please use the subject line: Holiday Market Space Request

• Participants are responsible for securing their own table, chairs, displays, etc.

• You may reserve up to 2 table spaces  (12') for a single vendor.

• If you would like to share a table, please have one person reserve the entire space. 

  • Let us know in writing that you are sharing and with whom.

Sales & Promotion

• Participants will be responsible for processing payments on your own.

  • SFCAG cannot process payments for you.

• The SFCAG will promote this event through social media, posters, and word of mouth. 

  • We ask that you do the same!
